Charlotte takes a thoughtful, integrated approach to clients' projects, relying on more than 20 years of experience developing content for both print and online media in a variety of subjects. With a master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University, she has covered tax policy and healthcare, written and edited features for the University of Chicago Magazine, and served as start-up editor-in-chief of Kitchens.com. She's since launched multiple small business websites and works by the mantra, "We'll figure it out." Offline, Charlotte's either with her family, out for a run, or at the local school, where she serves on the Board of Education.
